With over 50 years of golf history, Bing Maloney Golf Course is an all-encompassing facility right in our back yard. The facility is welcoming to all players and all skill levels. The Championship 18 features a classic design with beautiful fairways and greens.
William Chorley Park is a 31 acre park adjacent to John F. Morse. The park includes an adventure play area, nature area, 2 picnic areas and a full size soccer field. A great place to walk your dog or have family play time.
Airport Little League Youth baseball and softball has served South Sacramento since 1958 (we even won a National Championship in 1969!). Their goal is to have the kids playing ball, making memories and friendships that last a lifetime.
Florin Road Partnership plays a vital role in economic development and in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our district that spans approximately 24.1 million square feet on Florin Road.
The SoJo Museum is a museum with a mission to open minds and change lives through the exploration and celebration of African American history and culture through art, education and outreach.
24th Street Bingo is the new Bingo Hall on Florin Road. It resides at the same location of the old Florin Road Bingo Hall.
Golf Course Terrace Estates is a quaint neighborhood with an eclectic mix of homes in the Southwestern area of Sacramento, California. Our friendly neighborhood consists of 1700 homes that surround the beautiful Bing Maloney Golf Course and the Sacramento Executive Airport.
The Neighborhood is within the borders of:

- 24th Street (East)
- Freeport Boulevard (West)
The GCTENA Board consists of neighborhood volunteers that live in Golf Course Terrace Estates. We encourage and support initiatives that make Golf Course Terrace Estates a great place to live...Neighbor by Neighbor!

United States Senator Adam Schiff representing California assumed office December 8, 2024.
Alejandro "Alex" Padilla has served as the junior United States senator from California since 2021.
